CCR Services – Terms & Conditions

- Definitions
- “CCR Services” refers to CCR Services QLD, ABN 25 039 133 046, providing pressure washing and softwash services.
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging CCR Services QLD for cleaning services.
- “Services” encompass all cleaning activities performed by CCR Services QLD as agreed upon in the service proposal.
- Scope of Services
2.1 CCR Services QLD agrees to perform the cleaning services as outlined in the provided quotation or proposal.
2.2 Any additional services requested by the Client not included in the original agreement will be subject to additional charges and must be confirmed in writing.
- Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client shall provide CCR Services QLD with access to the property at the scheduled date and time.
3.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and sealed, and that all electrical outlets and fixtures are properly covered or turned off prior to the commencement of Services.
3.3 The Client must inform CCR Services QLD of any pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose siding, damaged paint, wood rot, or any other structural issues that may be affected by the cleaning process.
- Plant and Property Protection
4.1 CCR Services QLD employs industry-standard procedures to protect plant life and property during the cleaning process, including:
- Pre-wetting vegetation to minimize chemical absorption.
- Using biodegradable and environmentally friendly cleaning agents where possible.
- Rinsing plants and surrounding areas with fresh water after application.
4.2 Despite these precautions, certain plants may be sensitive to cleaning solutions, leading to potential leaf burn or discoloration. The Client acknowledges this risk and agrees that CCR Services QLD is not liable for plant damage unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
- Chemical Usage and Environmental Compliance
5.1 CCR Services QLD utilizes cleaning solutions in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Queensland environmental regulations.
5.2 The Client agrees to inform CCR Services QLD of any environmental concerns or restrictions related to chemical usage on their property.
5.3 CCR Services QLD commits to proper wastewater disposal and adherence to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines to prevent environmental harm.
- Service Warranty
6.1 CCR Services QLD provides a 6 Month warranty on the cleanliness of treated surfaces, subject to:
- Proper maintenance by the Client post-service.
- No exposure to unusual environmental conditions or contaminants.
6.2 This warranty does not cover:
- Reappearance of stains due to underlying issues not addressed during the cleaning process.
- Damage resulting from the Client’s failure to maintain the cleaned surfaces.
- Limitations of Liability
7.1 CCR Services QLD shall not be held liable for:
- Damage to surfaces with pre-existing conditions as outlined in clause 3.3.
- Incomplete removal of certain stains that are permanent or resistant to cleaning.
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the Services provided.
7.2 The total liability of CCR Services QLD, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services rendered.
- Payment Terms
8.1 Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.2 Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 15% per annum, calculated daily.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
9.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule the Services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $100.
9.2 CCR Services QLD reserves the right to reschedule Services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the Client as soon as practicable.
- Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
- Acceptance of Terms
By engaging CCR Services QLD, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
